Moved to the North Coast and couldn’t resist. |

2001. Came down to Easky to visit a friend and the Irish Open was on. Tried
a glass boat and was hooked. |

Normally catch as many wave as I can and there’s bound
to be a couple of good ones in their somewhere. |
| Surfing ambitions: |
Would love to Captain Northern Ireland to winning a major
Championships – Homes or Worlds. Would also like to be able
to surf my board better. |

Portballintrae. About 5 mins from home. |
| Favourite surf break: |
Falcarragh Strand, N. Donegal. When its working it is brilliant. |
| People I surf with the most: |
My PR manager Ross Armstrong, my Solicitor Steve Wright, Paul ‘big balls’
Curry and Jersey Paul (when he gets out of bed). Also love surfing
with the squad members. |

Exit air. I know it doesn’t count for anything but it feels great. |

Start surfing. Smile. Learn and practice good etiquette. |

Just been watching ‘Fanning the Fire’ with Mick Fanning. Its an
old one but I’m so jealous of what those boys can do. |

Kelly Slater. I admire the desire that the guy has to win again and again.

Different things. Travelling with Sharon, surfing small waves in the sun,
walking the beach, watching my school rugby team score a try,
watching Sharon get a clear show jumping round (and not fall
off), leaving school to go for a surf. |

Like lots of things in the Ramore Wine Bar, Portrush |
| Other interests: |
Rugby, football, cycling, eating out. |
